Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to open the studio, coach the sales team, and ensure a welcoming, efficient environment for members. You will guide daily operations and model excellent customer service.

You will participate in onboarding new Associates, support daily targets, and help the Studio Manager run operations while promoting wellness and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred.
• Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness!

Responsibilities

• Opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for the first members; reviewing the day’s appointments and goals with the team.
• Coaching and supporting the team, checking in on performance, and helping solve problems.
• Onboarding and training new Sales Associates to ensure they feel supported from day one.
• Leading by example and stepping up when the Studio Manager is off-site to keep operations running smoothly.
• Closing the day by celebrating team wins and preparing for a strong tomorrow.
