Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to guide the sales team, foster growth, and enhance member experience. This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and a passion for health and wellness within a fast-paced studio environment.

You will open, coach, onboard new associates, and ensure operations run smoothly, while driving sales and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for members. Growth opportunities are supported through training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred.
• Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness!

Responsibilities

• Open the studio, ensure cleanliness, organization and readiness for members and review daily goals with the team.
• Act as the team’s go-to resource, coaching, checking performance, and helping solve problems.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new Sales Associates to ensure they feel supported from day one.
• Lead by example or step in when the Studio Manager is off-site to keep the studio running smoothly.
• Close up the studio at the end of the day and celebrate team wins, preparing for tomorrow.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for the first members. You help review the day’s appointments and goals with the team, supporting a positive and focused environment.

• When new Sales Associates join, you help with onboarding and training, ensuring they feel supported from day one.
