Tilly's, Inc. is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in Tempe, AZ for a part-time role. You will lead the sales team to deliver the Tillys Experience to customers and support Store Management in training and coaching Sales Associates.

You will also assist with daily store operations tasks and help create an engaging shopping atmosphere. The position emphasizes people skills, fashion retail knowledge, and a passion for the Tillys lifestyle.

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks.
