Job description

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks. Are you a ?people person? who has a talent for making friends with perfect strangers? Do you have a love for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle?
