Tillys in Houston, TX is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to help deliver the Tillys Experience and support training of Sales Associates. This part-time role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and a hands-on approach to daily store operations.

You will work closely with Store Management to coach team members, drive sales, and ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks.
