Tillys is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in a part-time role in the United States. You will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers and assist in training and coaching Sales Associates while supporting daily operations to ensure a smooth store performance.

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks. Hourly Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00
Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
