Tillys in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to deliver the Tillys Experience to customers and support store management in training and coaching Sales Associates. You will lead a team in a fashion-forward environment and ensure outstanding service.

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks.
