Qualifications

• Strong foundation in physics, mathematics, and materials science.
• Experience designing, developing, and modifying mechanical layouts, schematics, and specifications.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards (SEMI S2, IPC 610D, IPC 9592, IEC/EN 61000, JESD22, MIL-STD-810) and safety requirements (UL/CE/TUV).
• Ability to automate data analysis using AI.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate risks using FMECA and Design Verification Test.
• Coordinate safety and reliability with Product Safety Engineering and suppliers.
• Oversee manufacturing and installation processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Develop new acceleration techniques and analytical tools for safety and reliability.
• Propose procedure improvements to prevent equipment damage or injury.
• Prepare and present safety and reliability reports.
