Job summary

ACMH INC seeks a Team Leader for Safe Options Support in New York City. The role oversees daily operations of the SOS program, manages a multi-disciplinary team, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Public Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Public Policy or related field.
• 3–5 years post-master’s experience in behavioral health and criminal justice with progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Previous management and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SOS program.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team and supervise staff.
• Coordinate program outreach and transition planning with key partners.
• Develop partnerships with community stakeholders (MTA, hospitals, police, shelters).
• Ensure regulatory standards and internal guidelines are followed and report findings.
