Twelve is hiring for a Manager of Plant Operations to oversee the inaugural Sustainable Aviation Fuel plant in Moses Lake, WA, with travel to Berkeley, CA. The role requires strong hydrocarbon/jet fuel production experience, startup mindset, and leadership to drive safety and reliability.

Relocation support is offered; future colocation with EPC in Calgary and relocation to TX or ND may follow. Salary range per US guidelines is listed, reflecting a competitive compensation package.

Qualificações

• Proven track record of managing plant operations and allocated budgets in a chemical plant setting.
• Willingness to create processes and content from scratch and work in a startup.
• Extensive experience in hydrocarbon, jet fuel production or Fischer Tropsch.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards and trainings to keep plant teams compliant.

Responsabilidades

• Create comprehensive policies, procedures and processes from scratch for the first SAF plant; oversee production, maintenance, reliability, safety and quality.
• Manage the plant budget, set targets and allocate resources for safety, performance and financial health.
• Monitor and analyze safety and performance metrics; implement strategic improvements.
• Foster a safety culture with regular meetings and audits; coordinate emergency response and recovery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and eco-friendly practices to stay competitive.
