Job summary

The Montana Hospital Association seeks a Program Director to coordinate the Montana RHTP Implementation Team as part of Montana’s Rural Health Transformation Program. The role will manage MRIT operations, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating across MHA staff, partners, and subcontractors to move a complex, multi-year project forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field.
• Minimum seven years of leadership in healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience administering federally/state-funded healthcare grants or contracts.
• Strong understanding of CAH operations and rural delivery.
• Experience leading multi-organization healthcare initiatives.
• Experience supervising professional staff.
• Valid Montana driver's license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of the MRIT and Montana’s Rural Health Transformation Program.
• Manage day-to-day operations, timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication among MHA staff, partners, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with program and funding requirements.
• Support grant contracts management and stakeholder collaboration.
