Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of leadership experience.
• 2–4 years roofing experience; metal roofing and coping preferred.
• Ability to lead crews and ensure safety, quality, and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate schedule adjustments to customers and management.
• Guide, mentor, and manage service technicians on assignments and expectations.
• Clock hours for service jobs and ensure accurate logging in buildertrend.
• Submit work orders for payment upon completion.
