Job summary

Resnick Roofing & Contracting is seeking an Operations Manager in Pennsylvania to oversee roofing, siding, and solar installation crews, ensuring projects run smoothly from kickoff to closeout.

You will manage schedules, coordinate with the Project Coordinator, maintain daily CRM updates, conduct site visits, monitor quality, and provide timely reports to the Manager, Field Operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G‑Suite.
• Understanding of CRM systems and data entry processes.
• Minimum 2 years in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Initiative and tenacity to execute goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing, siding, and solar crews; ensure best practices and site cleanliness.
• Coordinate project logistics with Project Coordinator and schedule daily activities.
• Act as main contact for customers from material availability through project completion.
• Provide clear direction during project kickoffs to subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits and project check-ins with customers and teams.
• Monitor quality and manage punch lists and final inspections.
• Maintain accurate daily CRM updates and project status.
