Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is hiring for a hands-on supervisor to lead our production crew in roofing replacement projects. You will coordinate scheduling, ensure safety, complete inspections, and manage material flow while delivering high-quality workmanship.

We value roofing and construction experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work full-time on-site from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. A valid driving record is required and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of Roofing experience with Asphalt/Shingle.
• 1-2 years of Construction Experience (such as fascia work, aluminum soffit repairs, siding work) strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work full-time, M-F 7:00 am-4:00 pm
• Clean Driving Record.

Responsibilities

• Function as a Supervisor to uphold high job completion standards.
• Coordinate with scheduler and crew to ensure timely completion when materials are short.
• Ensure installation crews follow all site safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Complete midpoint inspection forms documenting tear-off and installation.
• Pick up materials from suppliers when necessary.
• Maintain company truck cleanliness and manage materials on board.
• Determine issue resolution with customers and crews as needed.
• Collaborate with managers and the Production Department to resolve major issues.
• Travel to warranty and repair jobs to assess issues firsthand and report back to leadership.
• Work with team members and leadership to ensure proper accounting for returns, materials, and labor.
