Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy is seeking a full-time Lead Nurse to join our wellness-focused team. You will administer IV Drip Therapy and injections, educate clients on IV therapies, and guide Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions in a non-traditional, patient-centered setting.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure, 2+ years in acute care, injection experience, and strong communication skills. Weekend shifts are required; we value ethics, teamwork, and a passion for wellness.

Qualifications

• You’re licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• One to two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, or similar).
• At least two years of experience administering injections.
• Great time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable using electronic medical records to document client details.
• Able to work with a diverse clientele with a non-judgemental outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Value ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to deliver vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
• Educate clients on the qualities and benefits of IV Drips and IM Injection ingredients.
• Guide clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
• Document client visits through electronic medical records.
• Address client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under supervision.
• Communicate to the nursing team any issues or adverse effects with clients.
• Assist staff with store services.
• Participate in off-site nursing events and special projects.
• Order medical supplies.
• Audit a portion of medical charts each month.
• Plan and outreach for events.
• Weekend shifts required.
