Qualifications

• Must be a current, valid RN with license in the state.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience leading care teams and delivering direct patient care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure proper medications, treatments, documentation, and care planning.
• Use the nursing process to deliver care from admission to discharge.
• Visit residents daily to assess, communicate changes to the team and physicians.
