Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are accurately administered and documented
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care from admission to discharge
• Visit residents daily to monitor condition and notify the nurse/physician when changes occur
• Identify patient problems and emergency situations and initiate lifesaving measures if needed
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, and charting
