Qualifications

• Minnesota nursing license is required.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care is preferred.

• Ability to supervise care staff and manage operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead our care team to deliver high-quality service to residents and families.
• Complete pre-screens and assessments for new and current residents.
• Follow up on physician orders and care plans.
• Collaborate with the Assisted Living Director on admissions/readmissions.
• Provide ongoing staff training and performance feedback.
• Maintain clinical records and ensure accurate data entry.
