White Pine Senior Living in Mendota Heights is seeking a RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor for the day shift. This full-time role offers a competitive pay range up to $90,000 (DOQ) and a comprehensive benefits package.

The RN Supervisor will lead our care staff, perform resident pre-screens/assessments, ensure physician orders are followed, and collaborate with the Assisted Living Director to manage admissions/readmissions. Strong leadership and dementia care experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.
• Able to critically think and problem solve.
• Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families.
• Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents.
• Follow up to physician’s orders.
• Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions.
• Provide on-going training to staff.
• Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate.
• Ensure survey readiness at all times.
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
