Accela Rehab and Care Center at Somerton is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead a nursing team on the unit and ensure high-quality patient care. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with physicians and families to coordinate transitions of care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
• Previous leadership experience in long-term or sub-acute care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide nursing staff, addressing clinical concerns.
