Job summary

Diversicare is recruiting an RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams in a post-acute care setting in Alabama. You will guide patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing, patient assessments and care planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff to foster growth.
