Job summary

Diversicare is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead and mentor a nursing team in a post-acute care setting. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting staff development.

The RN Supervisor will oversee daily operations, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. A current RN license and 2+ years of nursing experience (supervisory preferred) are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required by the state board.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
