Job summary

Diversicare, a trusted leader in post-acute care, is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams and deliver exceptional patient care in Alabama.

You will oversee daily operations, staffing, assessments, and care planning; mentor staff; and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans. Current RN license and at least two years of nursing experience, including supervisory duties, are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the state nursing board.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
