Job summary

New Port Richey Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee daily care on assigned shifts. The role ensures care plans are current and compliant with laws and standards.

Responsibilities include rounds, assessments, and providing direct care as needed, with a focus on delivering high-quality resident care and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred or higher.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification and CPR/BLS certification.
• Good command of English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel and oversee day-to-day activities on assigned shifts.
• Review and update resident care plans and assess residents on admission and as conditions change.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident status and identify needs.
• Provide direct patient care as needed including ADLs, meals, medications, and treatments.
