Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in state or compact.
• Two years nursing experience with one year in the acuity level of the desired area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care on a designated unit under the clinical manager.
• Adjust schedule and assignments to accommodate acuity and resources.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff; serve as a resource in the unit.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and effective communication with patients and families.
• Participate in quality monitoring and performance improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate patient placement, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
