Job summary
Mercy Health is seeking a Clinical Unit Leader for Springfield Regional Medical Center to oversee nursing care on a designated unit. The Lead RN/Charge Nurse coordinates care with the Clinical Manager to ensure optimal efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Current RN license in state where they are working or covered by compact.
- BSN preferred.
- 2 years nursing experience with 1 year minimum in the acuity level of the desired area.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care on designated unit.
- Collaborate with Clinical Manager to promote excellence in practice and patient satisfaction.
- Adjust scheduling and assignments for acuity and resources.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to staff; act as preceptor when needed.
- Maintain environmental safety and infection control standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families about plan of care.
- Participate in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.
