Job summary

Emmetsburg Care Center is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our skilled nursing team. You will supervise the clinical staff on your unit, uphold high standards of resident care, and mentor team members to ensure exemplary service.

The RN will champion infection prevention practices, oversee staffing levels, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain a positive, safe, and compassionate care environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State RN license (Iowa or compact)
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred
• Strong leadership and patient-care coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of the clinical staff on your unit
• Ensure infection prevention practices are followed and staffing meets resident needs
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff to maintain high standards of care
