Emmetsburg Care Center in Northwest Iowa is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility with a focus on resident quality of care, staff engagement, and operational excellence.

You will partner with clinical leadership and department heads to drive regulatory compliance, census growth, and strong financial performance while cultivating a positive culture that values residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Current, unencumbered Iowa Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA).
• Knowledge of skilled nursing, long-term care operations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the skilled nursing facility.
• Build and maintain a positive employee and resident culture.
• Establish facility-wide operational and clinical goals and achieve them.
• Support employee recruitment, engagement, development, and retention.
• Partner with clinical leadership to promote quality resident care.
• Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Support census growth, financial performance, and operational success.
• Develop strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners.
• Identify challenges and implement creative, effective solutions.
