Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors and audits live and post interactions to ensure quality service and adherence to standards.
• Identifies inefficiencies and opportunities to improve patient experience and performance.
• Mentors Connection Center nurses on quality monitoring and coaching.
• Provides data support and understanding of systems for the Connection Center.
