Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Lead RN Quality Analyst for the Connection Center. You will oversee daily operations of the Clinical Triage Team to meet quality goals, monitor documentation adherence, and ensure outstanding patient service.

Responsibilities include live and post-interaction audits, mentoring nurses, data reporting, and driving process improvements with technology and best practices. CT RN license required and CDS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
• At least 5 years clinical experience; ICU/ED preferred; call center triage experience required.
• Current CT RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live and post interactions to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Mentor Connection Center nurses on quality monitoring.
• Provide data analysis and reporting for performance trends.
• Coordinate with supervisor on real-time coaching and escalation.
