Qualifications

• Active nursing license (RN or LPN) is required.
• Proven experience as Charge Nurse or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and patient care principles.
• Proficiency in case management and medical office procedures.
• Experience with vital signs monitoring, cardiac cath, sterile processing, and injections.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and oversee nursing staff.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Assist in development and implementation of policies and procedures.
