Job summary

Aurora Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Charge Nurse Lead in the 11S/11T Ortho Spine ENT units at the Garden Tower. The role focuses on operational accountability, staff coaching, clinical oversight, and ensuring efficient patient care during shifts.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, at least five years of RN experience, an active RN license in Wisconsin, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience; not suitable for new grads.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
