Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience; not suitable for new grads.
• Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

• Ensure efficient unit operation during shifts to meet patient care needs while following policies and regs.
• Foster collaboration among healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to staff and support decision‑making and documentation.

• Lead quality improvement efforts and evaluate outcomes to optimize patient care.

• Coordinate emergency response and crisis management as needed.
• Advocate for patients and families, respecting their rights and preferences.
• Ensure actions comply with ethical conduct policies and laws.
