Qualificações

• Current, unencumbered RN license for this state.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing supervision and clinical support to nursing staff.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate nursing interventions.
• Assess residents with changes in condition and initiate interventions.
• Notify physicians and families as required.
• Review and monitor medication administration practices.
• Oversee treatments, wound care, infection prevention, and other nursing procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate nursing documentation.
• Monitor residents at risk for falls, weight loss, dehydration, and related complications.
• Ensure care plans are followed and updated as indicated.
• Respond to medical emergencies with clinical direction.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and STNAs.
• Ensure staffing assignments and distribution of responsibilities.
