Job summary

The role requires an active Ohio RN license and a nursing degree, with preferred supervisory experience in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program and active RN license in Ohio.
• Experience in hospital or long-term care settings preferred.
• Supervisory experience in healthcare preferred.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Directs the day-to-day nursing activities and assigns tasks to CNAs.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing standards of practice.
• Represents the nursing department during Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings.
• Ensures adherence to quality assurance, safety, and compliance standards in nursing services.
• Oversees staffing, training, and performance of departmental staff.
