Job summary

Clinical Management Consultants seeks a Lead RN Assessment Coordinator to lead MDS completion and resident assessment processes in a long-term care setting. You will guide care planning, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure accurate clinical documentation to support quality outcomes.
