Job summary

Covenant Woods is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Health Care Unit as a Charge Nurse for a full-time 7am-3pm shift. You will support residents across expanded assisted living, memory support, and healthcare departments, overseeing CNAs and responding to emergencies while upholding residents' rights and quality of life.

Two years of progressive nursing experience is preferred, with priority given to those with long-term care and assisted living experience.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Two years of progressive nursing experience; long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience in an assisted living setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents assigned during the shift.
• Maintain residents' rights and dignity.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on the unit.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate care as needed.
