Job summary

Mobile Rehab and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for the 7pm-7am shift as a Charge Nurse. You will oversee the nursing staff and ensure high-quality care for residents in a long-term care setting.

This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for compassionate elder care. Valid AL RN license and CPR certification are required, with LTC experience a plus.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or related setting a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and records medications and treatments.
• Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
• Manage and supervise nursing staff including LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure the delivery of excellent resident care.
• Monitor resident health and well-being, and coordinate with healthcare providers to address medical concerns.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Mobile Rehab and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for the 7pm-7am Shift. As a RN Charge Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly population.
