Job summary

Advocate Health's Labor and Delivery Unit at Atrium Health Cabarrus seeks a compassionate RN to provide coordinated, evidence-based maternity care around the clock.

Requirements: BSN or enrollment in a BSN program; RN license in-state; BLS through the American Heart Association; and at least 6 months of RN experience (not for new grads).

Join a Level III trauma center with 24/7 in-house coverage and strong nursing leadership, with orientation designed to grow perinatal and women’s health skills.

Qualifications

• BSN or enrolled in BSN program
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new grads

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
