Job summary

Atrium Health Cabarrus is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor & Delivery to join our 24/7 unit. The role focuses on coordinating comprehensive patient care, using the nursing process to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate services for mothers and newborns.

You will work 7p-7a across (3) 12-hour shifts, with rotating holidays and weekends, in a facility that handles high-volume obstetric care and features a Level III trauma center with strong collaborative support.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice.
