Scripps Memorial La Jolla is seeking a full-time Lead RN Interventional Radiology to join a dedicated IR team in San Diego. You will oversee patient care, assist with procedures, and mentor staff while maintaining top-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include prep and recovery, minor procedures, and interventional cases with moderate sedation; schedule RNs, train new staff, and take charge duties three days per week. New Hire Incentive $4K and $3K relocation are available.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter
