Job summary

Scripps Memorial La Jolla is seeking a full-time Lead RN Interventional Radiology. The role supports a high-performing IR team with emphasis on patient-centered care and team collaboration.

Excellent incentives are offered, including relocation support for eligible candidates. The successful candidate will manage prep/recovery, assist with procedures, and provide leadership in scheduling and staff training within a busy IR suite.

Responsibilities

• Prep and recovery for interventional procedures.
• Assist with interventional procedures under moderate sedation.
• Schedule RNs daily/monthly.
• Train new staff.
• Charge duties three days per week.

• prep and recovery,
• minor procedures, and interventional procedures requiring moderate sedation.
• Schedule RNs daily/monthly
• Ability to train new staff
• Charge duties 3 days/wk

*New Hire Incentive of $4K and $3K Relocation if moving from 100+ miles.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty

• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter
