Sweetwater Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Houston, TX. The RN will maintain high-quality resident care in a safe environment, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.

• Make nursing diagnoses that form the basis for the care strategy.
• Collaborate with residents and the healthcare team.
• Record the administration of medication.
• Monitor staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and procedures comply with state and government regulations.
• Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
