Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide LPNs and CNAs with confidence and kindness.
• Ensure resident care meets standards of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders.
• Develop and evaluate care plans to support residents’ wellness.
• Direct CNAs to ensure safe, respectful care per policy.
• Complete admissions, pain evaluations, and required documentation.
• Notify physicians and families of significant changes in resident health.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with light housekeeping as needed.
• Model teamwork and uphold facility policy.
