Job summary

As a Nurse III, you will perform advanced nursing assessments, respond to medical emergencies, supervise staff, coordinate care with an interdisciplinary group, and mentor new nurses and students.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a practicing registered nurse (RN).
• Two years of RN experience in a health agency, hospital, or health-care facility is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attends work regularly and may follow a specific shift schedule, including rotating or extended shifts.
• Performs comprehensive physical health assessments and responds to medical emergencies.
• Supervises subordinate nursing staff, delegates tasks, and sets goals for the unit.
• Mentors nursing staff and students; provides training and ongoing education.
