Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an LVN program.
• Licensed LVN with current license to practice.
• Experience with electronic health records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments.
• Provide nursing care for individuals with complex medical, behavioral, or mental health needs.
• Train and mentor LVN staff and direct care staff.
• Document treatments and observations accurately in the health record.
