Job summary

LOGZONE, Inc. is seeking a Lead RN Case Manager to support the Vermont Army National Guard under a contract arrangement. Regular hours are 0730-1630, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend events.

The role requires an active RN license (VT via NLC allowed), at least 4 years combined nursing and case management, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. U.S. citizenship and an ability to pass a Tier 1 background check are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing; VT license via multi-state compact acceptable.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical or case management.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or team lead experience; total 4+ years nursing.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to pass Tier 1 background investigation for CAC.
• BSN preferred but not mandatory; CCM credential preferred but not required.
• Experience with MHS readiness systems (MEDCHART/MEDPROS/MHS GENESIS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead RN Case Manager for the Vermont Army National Guard contract; perform duties on schedule 07:30–16:30, Mon–Fri, with potential weekend events.
• Coordinate case management and medical readiness activities; ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Serve as a clinical supervisor and resource for nursing staff within the program.
