Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a qualified Non-Clinical Case Manager to support the Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) Office of the Deputy State Surgeon.
You will coordinate all aspects of patient care, ensure proper resource utilization, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation. The role requires an active RN license (Vermont or ability to obtain) with at least 2 years in case management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a federal setting.

The Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) Office of the Deputy State Surgeon has a requirement to provide Non Clinical Case Management Services for VTARNG service members (SM) thereby promoting fitness and personal wellness for operational readiness and deployability. Non-Clinical case Managers coordinate all aspects of the care of individual patients. They ensure proper utilization of services and resources and provide assistance within, between, and outside of VTARNG facilities
The contractor shall provide services between the hours of 0730-1630 on Monday through Friday. The contractor is required to support weekend soldier readiness events. This contract honors 11 paid federal holidays.
Performance shall be at VTARNG State Medical Detachment
This job is CONTINGENT upon contract award, client approval, completion of a favorable background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / High Risk clearance.
Final compensation will be based on relevant factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
