Qualifications
Registered Nurse with an active Vermont license in good standing.

Two years of experience performing non-clinical case management is preferred.
Responsibilities
Support Periodic Health Assessments and Soldier Readiness Processing.
Establish and maintain electronic case management profiles.
Track case progression and readiness outcomes.
