Job summary

Advocate Health is recruiting for the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Electrophysiology lab. Coordinate planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the EP lab, ensuring regulatory compliance and staff development.

Requires an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credential, and 2+ years in Cardiac Cath Lab; BLS/ACLS required. This is a full-time, 40-hour workweek with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credential required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Cardiac Cath Lab.
• BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Ensures EP lab compliance with regulatory standards and procedures.
• Promotes staff development through education and performance evaluation.
• Performs care, assists with procedures and administers medications under physician supervision.
• Participates in performance improvement activities to improve patient outcomes.
